The chemical property of cooper alloy is that it will make chemical action with acid, alkali, oxidant or reductive agent and easy to discolor. The remnant chemicals on cloth will make chemical action easily produces as in high temperature and high damp(steam ironing the sewed product, sealed in the packet for a long time).These are not the zipper quality issues. |

Woolen knitgoods usually use the following methods to take bleaching process |

1.Process by acid bleaching agent(H2O2)or reductive bleaching agent(sulfurous acid)
2.During the post treatment of bleaching process-anti-shrink process and bleaching process, etc, if the cleaning and neutralization is not sufficient, it may produce gases such asCL2 or S2, these gases easily make chemical action with \ the metal in high temperature conditions (steam ironing ).So please use the wash clean cloth after bleaching process.BR>3.As the knitgoods will be pressed and packed immediately after steam ironing, the components of cooper alloy in metal zipper(such as tape, head and upper and lower stopper)will make chemical action with reagents or gases, so it easily discolors, Please cool the products after steam iron then packs. |

As the post cleaning process is not sufficient afer dyeing process, the remnant acid compound on clothes will make chemical action with metal zipper and stain the clothes. So please use the wash clean cloth that is undertaken neutralization process completely. When order the meral zipper, please note the special purposes and special requirements, such as common wash and acid ferment wash. | |
